Description

Collection of various logistics documents: - Parcels - Booked packages - Goods - Posted Goods Issue

Serves as proof for the delivery person of which goods (quantity/weight) are carried in their transport medium. Documentation of the logistics documents that are collected and transmitted to a delivery person / forwarder. Staggered posting of unposted logistics documents (packages, goods issues) is possible.

Loading list document can be found via the search function or in the Logistics Role Center.

1. Create loading list document
2. Mandatory fields are delivery code and goods issue date filter (aim to always select current day)

3. Selection of parcels, parcels, outgoing goods, outgoing goods

1. Share and register

When approved, it is checked whether, for example, all packages for a WA are on the loading list. Registering means that the receipt is archived and printed.
