Care symbols

In this table, the usable care symbols can be maintained.

An order can be specified for display on the label.

To add the image of the care symbol, click on the empty box "Select image" in the lower area.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code is assigned.
Care symbol	The generally valid care symbol is stored.
Care type	The type of care is selected: washing, drying, ironing, bleaching
Description	The description is given as free text.
Long	In addition, a long text can be assigned.

Pattern Types

In this table, the usable pattern types can be maintained.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code is assigned.
Description	The description is given as free text.
Sample Order Type	The sample order type is selected: Purchase or Sales.
Order type	Select from the Order Types list.

Model Task Tasks

For the process chain of a model, this table records the possible task tasks.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code is assigned.
Description	The description is given as free text.
Responsibility	The responsible seller or buyer is selected.
Time	The date formula is entered
Pattern type	The pattern type is selected.
TableID	Tables can be linked.
Field no.	Fields from the previously selected table can be linked.
Costing Condition	Specifies how the calculated date is included in the calculation. Selection of <> (forward and backward), > (forward), < (backward).
Affects End Date	Checked if the end date depends on it in the calculation.
Table Name	Displays the name of the table.
Feldname	Displays the name of the field number.

Model Task Templates

Model task tasks are summarized in templates.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code is assigned.
Description	The description is given as free text.
Process chain type	The process chain type Goods Delivery or PDM is selected.

The Tasks function can be used to select the model task template rows.

Field	Description
Task Code	The code of the model task task is selected.
Task Description	The description of the model task is displayed.
Dependence	The dependency on the next task is selected.
Time	Automatically pulled from the model task task.
Responsibility	Automatically pulled from the model task task.
Type of recipient	The recipient type Vendor or Customer is selected.
Pattern type	The pattern type is selected.
TableID	Tables can be linked.
Field no.	Fields from the previously selected table can be linked.
Costing Condition	Specifies how the calculated date is included in the calculation. Selection of <> (forward and backward), > (forward), < (backward).
Affects End Date	Checked if the end date depends on it in the calculation.
Table Name	Displays the name of the table.
Feldname	Displays the name of the field number.

Measurement Table Templates

The dimension table templates serve as a template for defining the measurement points for the dimensioning of patterns in quality control.

By selecting it, the measurement table specifications can be edited.

Field	Description
Template Name	Specifies the code for the measurement table template.
Description	Specifies the description for the measurement table template.
Graduation Size Range	Defines the valid size range for the template.
Graduation Reference Size	Quantity to which the measuring points refer.
Measure point	Defines the measurement point.
Dimension Description	Describes the measurement point on the garment.
Tolerance	Specifies the valid tolerance for dimension deviation.
Matrix for the inputs of the deviation of the dimensions per size from the reference size	Indication of the deviations of the quantities from the reference value.

Measurement Table Column Header Templates

The "Columns" function can be used to edit the column header rows.

Field	Description
Column code	Defines the code for the pattern type to be checked.
Description	Describes the type of pattern.
Order	Defines the order in the measurement point monitoring display.

Code	Specifies the code for grouping the model properties.

By selecting them, the materials on the material card can be edited.

A list of the accessories that can be used.

Color Text	The stored color text is displayed.
Number of Description Lines	Sum of the stored lines for the material description.
Class	Code of the class is displayed.
Season	The corresponding season is displayed.
Manufacturer	Manufacturer code is displayed.
Manufacturer Name	The manufacturer's name is displayed.
Manufacturer's Remark	The remark about the manufacturer is displayed.

Accessory card

Field	Description
Code	Defines the code for the accessory classes.
Description	Describes the accessory classes.
Color Text	The color is entered.
Manufacturer	Select manufacturer code.
Manufacturer Name	The manufacturer's name is displayed.
Manufacturer's Remark	A comment on the manufacturer can be stored.
Class	Select the code of the class.
Season	The corresponding season is selected.
Material description	The accessories can be described in several lines.

Field	Description
Code	Defines the code for the Text Class properties.
Description	Describes the properties of text classes.

General

Field	Description
Code	Defines the code for the calculation templates.

Comparison Type	The comparison type is selected from: vendor, material, color, country, or delivery term. Depending on the selection of the comparison type, the corresponding value can be selected in the comparison code.
Comparison code 1-5	The respective object of comparison is selected.
Description Calculation 1-5	The description of the respective object of comparison.

Lines

Field	Description
Heading no.	Defines the code for the category no.
Category Description	Describes the rubric.
Addition	The heading no. is used for summing.
Description Calculation 1 - 5	Description of the comparable objects 1 - 5.
Line Type Text Initial Value Manual Amount Manual % Surcharge Amount Surcharge % Result Amount Result %	A text can be inserted into the line. Specification of a starting value for the calculation. Manual entry of a fixed amount in this section is possible. Manual entry of % markups for this heading is possible. A surcharge amount from the template is calculated. A surcharge in % from the template is calculated. Allows you to add different rubrics together in one number. Allows you to add different headings together in a % amount.
Amount / %	Indication of a fixed award value as an amount or %.
Currency	Specify a currency for the heading.
Currency factor	Clearing factor for the calculation with the currency.
Target	Indication of a target value for the rubric.
Remark	Indication of a comment for the heading.
Balancing with type	To save the price, the type of the price list is selected: Customer, Customer Group, All Customers, or Campaign.
Compensation with number	Select a value according to the type of price list.

Label Type

Field	Description
Code	Defines the code for the label type.
Description	Description of the label type.
Processing	Selection of self-print or text output.
Basis for evaluation	The price per label used for post-labeling.

Status Colors

In the process chain, colored rows are used to show the status of the task task.

Field	Description
Status	Selection of status: non-existent, open, completed, late or cancelled.
Image	Image of color.
RGB Value	The result of the RGB values red, green and blue is displayed or can be entered.
RGB Value (Red)	The value for red is entered.
RGB Value (Green)	The value for green is entered.
RGB Value (Blue)	The value for blue is entered.
