Goods receipt Maengelliste

As part of quality management, the following facilities must be made in Business Central, which relate to the reference processes WML - Goods Receipt Defect List and WQS - Goods Quality Assurance.

Punch list templates and punch list tasks need to be formulated and set up.

Punch list tasks

• Test tasks are formulated for testing in the warehouse. The prices (retail price (MW) stand for expenses in the warehouse, e.g. to open all cartons that are included in a debit note.
• The valuation is defined by specifying the base unit and price (MW) (claim value).
• The tasks are summarized in templates and deposited with the suppliers.

Punch List Templates

• Various punch list templates can be defined.
• Under "Sanction Template No.", the list of defects can be stored at the vendor, which is to be used by default when this vendor receives goods.
