Functional description & range of functions

The aim is to maintain and document the quality controls in incoming goods in NAV.
In the goods receipt process, the QA quantities must be specified so that they can be transferred to the QA warehouse after the goods receipt has been posted.
The basis for this is the corresponding control in the quality control facility and the storage of QA quantities to be withdrawn at the goods receipt.
For a goods receipt, a quality control document is created for each GR/order/article.
In the quality control lines, the corresponding SKUs (article – color – size – size) are available.
The document can be set to the Release and Completed status.

In the setup, you can decide whether a quality control document should be created when goods receipt is posted. Quality controls are usually created automatically.
Deposit of the number series for this document
When posting issues or stock transfers, a separate posting group is posted to so that it can be posted to other general ledger accounts and evaluated. The quality control posting group is used to evaluate issues, i.e. items that were destroyed during quality control.
Deactivate QA approval process: For customers who do not work according to the four-eyes principle in QA, the approval process can be deactivated.

Behind the quality control types, the respective instructions can be defined, which are to be checked in the quality control process

Maintenance and definitions of quality control assessments
These can be stored on the document at the end of a quality control process in order to be able to optimally evaluate evaluations at a later point in time

By posting the goods receipt, the quantities are entered from the field "Quantity act. Delivery" posted to the goods receipt warehouse
The quantities are then transferred from the "Counted Quantity Proportion QA" field from the goods receipt warehouse to the corresponding QA warehouse
This transfer results in one or more quality control documents (per goods receipt/order/article)

The basis for the creation of the quality control documents was the quantity entry in the goods receipt document
Per goods receipt/order/article no. , a quality control document is automatically created, which is displayed in the specific role centers via stacks

In the rows of the quality control document, the detailed information is available at SKU level
Which SKU must be checked with which quantities
The inspection criteria must be defined at row level (quality check type)

If the checks have been completed/completed per SKU, the document must be completed
SKU Quantities that are classified as "unusable = scrap" can be written off directly from the system with a reason code
After that, the remaining quantities can be transferred to the central warehouse
Once all work has been completed, the document must be defined as such
