Description
On the one hand, the extension of the sales complaint makes it possible to distinguish between returns and complaints. On the other hand, the registration of a sales complaint can be mapped and certain decisions can be noted on the document header.

Complaint head:
Labels can be used to manually note whether the acceptance of the returned goods has been rejected or the return of the returned goods has been arranged.

Complaint lines:
An additional quantity field is used to store the registered quantities. When recording the quantities actually delivered, these can serve as a comparison.

Additional fields
- Complaint type (option):"Return" or "Complaint"
- Registered: will be set at login
- Acceptance refused, retrieval initiated: can be set manually

Registration
- Action "Retoure review"
- Set the "Registered" flag in the header to "Yes"
- Writes quantities in the rows (if any) to the new field "Quantities Registered"

Pressure
- Print of the complaint confirmation as PDF
- Document no. is printed as a barcode

Declared quantities
- When the complaint is registered, all quantities are moved from the "Quantity" field to the "Quantity registered" field
- The "Quantity declared" field cannot be changed manually and can therefore be used as a comparison once quantities of the actual delivery are recorded
- In the complaint confirmation, either the quantity is registered (if "Registered" = Yes), or the quantity (if "Registered" = No) is printed
