Overview

This update for BE-terna Fashion improves transparency in purchasing and sales processes, simplifies document navigation, and optimizes warehouse operations. In addition, several stability improvements and fixes have been implemented to make daily work with the system more reliable and efficient.


Purchasing

Tracking of the Original Order Quantity

Purchase documents now automatically store the original ordered quantity.
Even if quantities are changed later, the original quantity remains visible. This makes it easier to: * track quantity changes during the order process


Automatic Price Synchronization in Purchase Lots

Prices within purchase lots can now be synchronized automatically. When the price of one item changes, the system can automatically update: * unit cost

for all items within the same lot. This reduces manual maintenance and ensures consistent pricing.


Sales

Blanket Order Reference in Sales Orders

Sales order lines can now reference a blanket order directly. This makes it easier to identify: * which blanket agreement a sales order originates from


Warehouse & Logistics

Faster Inventory Queries

The processing of warehouse entries has been optimized, resulting in faster execution of: * inventory lookups


More Stable Warehouse Processes

Several improvements increase stability in warehouse operations, including: * more reliable warehouse scanning and shipping processes


Item Distribution & Planning

From the Item Distribution page, users can now navigate directly to the related: * purchase orders

that were created from the distribution. This improves transparency and makes it easier to follow related processes.


Process Chains

Improved Process Chain Automation

The process chain workflow has been enhanced with additional automation. For example, the system now automatically: * sets the receiver based on the item's vendor
